A day rate may be available during Rate B periods at a cost of £75 per day (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs or Fri) or £100 per day (Sat or Sun)

Your provisional booking will shortly be confirmed (or otherwise) and then a non-returnable deposit will be required within seven days to confirm the booking.  See Terms & Conditions (below) for details.

1.) Once dates are confirmed as available, a non-returnable deposit, as in the tariff, must be made within seven days otherwise the Worfolk committee reserves the right to accept a substitute booking.  Please send cheques, made payable to ‘Quaker Centre Worfolk’, to:

2.) The balance must be paid not later than four weeks before the commencement of the period booked.  Reminders are not sent and non- payment of the balance will be regarded as cancellation.
3.) In case of cancellation, and if a substitute booking cannot be arranged, any monies paid will be forfeited.  If a substitute booking is arranged, any monies paid may be refunded, less any administrative costs.
4.) On payment of the balance, further details will be sent regarding items to be taken, arrangements for keys and other practicalities.
5.) You are expected to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition.  A checklist will also be sent with the details to assist you with this.
6.) Bookings are not accepted more than 12 months in advance.
